DR. HEMANT MARATHE - President and CEO Dr. Marathe has over 10 years of experience in consulting business. During this time he has worked as a software developer, a systems integrator and project manager for various clients both nationally and internationally. In the U.S., his clients include ISO-NE (Independent System Operator New England), Con Edison of New York, Sierra Pacific Power, Florida Power and Light etc. Internationally Dr. Marathe helped the National Electric companies of New Zealand and Malaysia during commissioning of their new Energy Management Systems (EMS). Dr. Marathe obtained his Ph.D. degree from the University of Washington in Electrical Engineering. Additionally, he obtained his M.S. and B.S. degrees from the Virginia Tech and Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India respectively. He has authored a large number of technical reports, papers and has served as a lecturer for an IEEE tutorial.
MOHAN KAMAT - Vice President (Operations) Mr. Kamat has over 10 years of experience in Engineering and Information Technology. During this time he has worked at Teleplex, Inc. as Assistant to Principal Engineer. Mr. Kamat has obtained M.S. in Physics from University of Akron, Ohio. He earned his B.S. in Physics from University of Bombay, India. At Teleplex, Mr. Kamat managed a staff of six people and was responsible for R & D, Sales, Purchasing and Manufacturing.
